Kaiping Gada Motorcycle Fitting Product Co., Ltd, was founded in 1981 as a small manufacturer of blow molded plastic parts. We have since grown to over 220000㎡ of manufacturing facilities. We specialized in manufacturing mufflers/silencers and accessories for motorcycles and cars as well as plastic blow molded products. Our annual production capacity is over 2,200,000 pieces of various mufflers/silencers and 800,000 sets of motorcycle backrests and handlebars. We have a fully staffed product design, tooling design, tooling manufacturing and fixture refurbish departments as well as four subsidiaries including a hardware factory, chrome plating factory, accessories factory and plastic blow molding factory. We employ over 1500 people, who include 140 supervisors or administers and 150 quality control staff.
We have a team of qualified technicians who have strong product development ability and follow the entire manufacturing process from design, tooling, semi-finished products, chrome plating or painting to finished packaged products, all within our own company.
